Local facts — climate normals, floodplain and housing-stock data, permit and code references — are drawn from public sources such as NOAA, FEMA, the U.S. Census Bureau, and the relevant city or county offices. Where a page states a specific figure, we cite the source on that page.

Cost ranges

Any price ranges we publish are general estimates for planning, not quotes. Actual pricing is set by the provider you are connected with and depends on the specifics of your situation.

What we do not do

We do not publish reviews, ratings, testimonials, or credentials, because we are a referral service rather than the provider and hold none of our own. We do not present stock or generated images as our staff or work.
